Registration:

Registration will be available in person in the Centennial Building (CB) on:
Sept 18th -20th 2018, from 10 am-4 pm.

The cost is $35 for CSME and CSCE members, and $40 for non members. Take this opportunity to join CSME/CSCE!

Golf Cart Rentals – $15 per person (2 person golf cart)
Golf Club Rentals: – $20 per set
Pull Cart Rentals – $5

Note: Golf Cart Renters must have the following on tournament day:
1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Credit card and a set of car keys.
The power cart renter will be held responsible for any damages caused while in possession of a rented power cart.

Event Info:

Be at Dragon Hills for sign-in at 10:30 am
Tee-off  – 11:00 am (9 holes, 1.5-2 hrs)
Lunch, Awards and Prizes – Upon tournament completion


What about lunch?

With your registration, we are providing a complimentary BBQ lunch.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know upon signup.


Transportation:

If you require transportation from the school to the golf club, please let us know upon registering.


Rules:

  • No personal alcoholic beverages. The use of personal flasks, coolers and other liquor containers will not be allowed on Dragon Hill’s property
  • Shirts must be worn at all times
  • Soft spikes only
  • All players must tee off on time.
  • Groups must keep up to the group ahead of them.
  • There is to be only 2 people on a cart at any given time.
  • Each player must have his / her own set of golf clubs
  •  It is the responsibility of each player to keep the course in the condition that they found it by doing the following:
    • Repairing ball marks.
    • Replacing divots.
    • Raking sand traps.
    • Placing garbage in the containers provided.
  • Power carts are to be kept off the tee-off boxes and greens at all times.
  • Tournament participants will be held responsible for any personal injury or material damage caused by their actions or equipment while at Dragon Hills Golf Course.
  • Dragon Hills reserves the right to cancel or suspend playing privileges without refund, to anyone or the entire group, for violation of any of the above stated rules or for any action which is abusive or offensive to the employees or to the property and well being of the course.
  • No more than four (4) people on a team without permission from course management
  • Dragon Hills Club Memberships cannot be used for tournament play.
