The CSME is proud to offer its member free access to 35+ in office copies of textbooks used in many of the Mechanical Engineering classes. We also offer book rentals.
CSME Rental
The CSME also offers everyone (members and non-members) book rentals. The rental period is 2 weeks. Any “renter” must pay a down deposit based on the tier of the book, and after returning the book in the same condition it was rented, members will receive the full down deposit back*, and non-members will receive a portion of their down payment back* according to the table below:

*A late fee of 10% of the rental fee will apply per day a book is returned late
